RPG Maker MV turned 10 years old — a decade of creativity, unforgettable projects, and a thriving community. To honor that milestone, I'm excited to introduce rpg_mixer.js: a modern audio plugin that brings powerful, flexible sound support back to RPG Maker MV.

rpg_mixer.js restores native-style MIDI playback from the RPG Maker classics and goes further by adding Tracker format support — the same formats beloved by the demoscene and chiptune musicians. If you care about compelling, expressive game music, this plugin gives you the tools to level up your soundtrack.

• Plug-and-play: no plugin commands or script calls required. Just rename files so the system detects the correct backend.
• Extensible: write your own backend in JavaScript and drop it in. If you publish it, let us know so we can share it with the community.
